RESERVATIONS :
The payment of the entire stay (nights + cleaning fees + tourist tax) is made at the moment of booking.

CANCELLATIONS :
+ 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the amount received.
– 30 days before arrival: Refund of cleaning costs and tourist taxes ONLY

For stays planned in more than 3 months and for a duration of more than 7 days.
It is possible, on request, to pay in two times:
50% charged at reservation
50% debited 30 days before the arrival date.

CREDIT NOTE :
If you have a credit note, please indicate the number in the “comments” section.
You still need to enter your credit card details but you will not be debited for the amount of your credit note.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrival: 3 PM – We do our best to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and at the latest by 3 PM
Please let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Departure: 11:00 am – On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest.

EARLY CHECK-IN – LATE CHECK OUT:
It’s possible, depending on our availability and on request, to check-in earlier on the day of your arrival or to check-out later on the day of your departure from the apartment for an additional cost :

Early check-in : 80€ October to November and January to May.
100€ June to September and December.

Late check-out : 80€ October to November and January to May.
100€ June to September and December.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:
The sum of 500€ for the rental of an apartment will be “pre-registered” and “not cashed” automatically on your credit card as a security deposit.
This sum will be released the day after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of any damage caused.

STATUS OF THE PREMISES:
The apartments are checked before being made available.
In the event of a dispute on your part about a damage on your arrival, please notify us immediately by email to [email protected].
In the absence of any dispute, the inventory of fixtures will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted without reservation.

INVENTORY :
The apartments are equipped with the following equipment:
-6 large plates, 6 small plates, 6 soup plates, 6 bowls, 6 glasses, 6 stemmed glasses, 6 mugs, 6 coffee cups, 1 silicone strainer, 2 glass bowls, 3 pans, 3 saucepans, 24 cutlery, 1 Nespresso machine, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 hair dryer, 1 mini ironing table and 1 iron.
In the event that you notice any missing equipment on arrival, please notify us immediately by email to [email protected].
In the absence of any dispute, the inventory will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted without reservation.

CANCELLATION :
In the event of cancellation after 30 days before your arrival date, the sums paid will under no circumstances be refunded.
The entire deposit will be retained.

SMOKERS :
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the common areas and inside the apartments.

INTERNET & WIFI NETWORK :
Internet and WIFI access is included in the rental. The wifi network and the password are indicated behind the apartment entrance door. Our company cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption of the internet service due to the access provider or any other cause beyong its control.
No refund or commercial discount will be made of unavailability of network access.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONNING/ HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES :
Our company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction or misuse of air conditioner, heating and household appliances for any reason beyong its control. No refund or commercial discount will be made in case of unavailability during the stay.

RESPONSABILITY :
Our company reserves the right to end the rental before or during the stay if unforeseeable circumstances or a case of force majeure would make the use of the apartment impossible.
We reserves the right to assign other apartment with similar or superior characteristics.
If the assignment of another apartment is not possible, we refund the entire amount of the stay.

RESPECT AND LIFE OF OTHERS :
Guests will peacefully use their apartment and make sure to respect the tranquility of their neighbors.
Parties or other noisy events are strictly prohibited.
