No Smoking:
Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment or building. Should we find traces of smoking (cigarette butts, a strong smell, cigarette burns) we reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee per day.
Security Deposit:
There will be a credit card imprint taken as a security deposit. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled within 48 hours should there be any damages.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Fare: Cancellation is free up to 30 days prior to arrival date. After which we will charge 50% of the reservation (not included City Tax and Extras) as a non refundable deposit
Non refundable: The whole reservation amount is withdrawn upon booking (not including City Tax and Extras payable upon arrival in cash or credit card). That amount is non refundable if cancelled or changed. Under no circumstances will Apartments du Louvre grant a waiver for non refundable fares.
