BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
No Smoking:
Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment or building. Should we find traces of smoking (cigarette butts, a strong smell, cigarette burns) we reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee per day.
Security Deposit:
There will be a credit card imprint taken as a security deposit. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled within 48 hours should there be any damages.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Rate: Cancellation is free up to 30 days prior to arrival date. After which we will charge 50% of the reservation (not included City Tax and Extras) as a non refundable deposit.
Non-Refundable Rate: The whole reservation amount is withdrawn upon booking (not including City Tax and Extras payable upon arrival by credit card). That amount is Non-Refundable if cancelled or changed. Under no circumstances will Apartments du Louvre grant a waiver for Non-Refundable Rates.
Luggage Storage:
It is possible to store your luggage, please let us know if you would like this service as this is subject to availability.
